What's a card scan?

The only thing we meter is scanning paper cards.

A card scan is when you photograph someone's paper business card and we read the details into a contact for you. That's it. Sharing your own profile — and saving people from QR codes, NFC tags or links — is unlimited on every plan, free forever. Only the OCR scanning has a monthly ceiling.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — free forever, no card required. Your digital card, link-in-bio, custom themes, the full contact CRM, sync, export, analytics and unlimited QR/NFC/link sharing are all included. You only pay if you scan more than 10 paper business cards a month.

What counts as a “card scan”?

Only one thing: photographing a paper business card so we auto-extract the details into a contact. Sharing your own profile, and saving people from QR codes, NFC taps or links, never counts — that stays unlimited and free, forever.

What does Pro actually add?

Just headroom — 1,000 paper-card scans a month instead of 10. Every other feature, from the CRM to sync, export, analytics and custom themes, is already in Free. Pro is only for people who scan cards in bulk.

Can I switch or cancel any time?

Anytime, from your account. Upgrades apply instantly; if you cancel Pro you keep it until the end of the period, then drop back to Free with no loss of data.

Do the people I share with pay anything?

Never. Anyone can open your profile and save your details in their phone for free — no app, no account, no charge, on iPhone or Android.

What happens if I hit my card-scan limit?

Everything else keeps working — your profile stays live and QR, NFC and link captures remain unlimited. Only new paper-card scans pause until next month, unless you upgrade to Pro to lift the ceiling to 1,000 straight away.
